A well-established engineering company were looking to take on a Business Development Director with hands on experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that will provide natural growth
- Development of strategic and tactical direction
- Hire & train regional staff
- Provide direction & leadership
- Set and achieve sales goals
- Sales, Marketing, business, financial modelling, operations, pricing, forecasting, planning etc
- Acquisitions
- P&L responsibility
Qualifications
Candidates must have Mechanical Seals experience. Our client tends to employ a good technical person who has a good understanding of sales process and wants to pursue a selling career or is already an establishes sales manager in Mechanical Seals.
